About Us
In September 2006 the congregation numbered 90 members. In recent decades young women have found many different ways to express their commitment to God and to the Gospel message, and our numbers have declined markedly from a high of over 260 in the middle of the 20th Century. However, numbers are not what matters most in a Religious Congregation although of course we would be pleased to have people join us.
Over the years the work of the Congregation has been focused in three main centres, Mackay, Rockhampton and Bundaberg. The map indicates the several centres in which we live and minister.
Our decision-making forum, called a Chapter, is a gathering of all the members every five years. During it we pray together and make decisions regarding our future leadership and direction.

For many years now we have also had a less formal annual gathering during the long weekend in June. It is a welcome opportunity to come together and experience being part of the larger group.
